**About the Company**: Our client is the reference platform for all the latest news and consumer trends in the Belgian retail landscape (food and non-food). They have different departments in the company such as media, training, consultancy, and business club activities.
The business club department is a unique network for high and middle management (CEOs and directors) actors in the Retail and FMCG market. The aim is to support members by providing them with relevant information regarding the latest trends in the market and by organizing exclusive events and meetings on a frequent basis.
**About the Job**: To keep up with the growth of their client’s portfolio, and to continue to meet the high expectations of their members, the business club team is looking for a new Junior Account Manager. A role mostly focuses on Sales, communication, and networking.
You’ll be in charge of a portfolio of clients, and in order to develop the business you’ll have to:

- Become their favorite point of contact regarding all their demands and requests
- Build strong relationships with them and find ways to do upselling and cross-selling by offering them new services
- Constantly activate your members by inviting them to the events and making sure they participate
- Negotiate their membership on a yearly basis
- Prospect new members by promoting the added value of joining the club
- Collaborate with the event coordinator on the marketing campaigns, newsletters, mailings, and social media strategy
- You have a strong commercial spirit with an agile mindset to look for new members
- You easily establish and maintain trustable relationships with C-level partners
- You have a Proactive attitude and you are able to work independently
- You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good level of English
