We are currently seeking a Junior/Mid-level Machine Learning Developer to join our Vision & AI team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing models for video data analysis, with a particular focus on athlete tracking. This role emphasizes rapid prototyping and the application of the latest machine learning research to assess model performance, aiming to enhance coaching and training experiences. While familiarity with classical computer vision techniques is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this position.
Example projects we are working on: Tracking of athlete movements to augment the coaching experience Tracking of various sports balls Identifying game events using position, pose and relationship to the ball and/or other players Recommending play strategy based on skill level and peer players and play context
Responsibilities Design, prototype, and evaluate machine learning models tailored for video analysis, with a specific focus on athlete tracking. Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research findings and methodologies in machine learning and computer vision into our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our product, enhancing the coaching and training process. Conduct experiments and iterative testing to compare the effectiveness of different models and approaches for our specific tasks. Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring they can operate effectively in real-world coaching environments.
The ideal candidate A strong educational background in computer science, data science, or equivalent technical fields. Research interest/experience is a plus Experience developing and training DL/ML models Strong proficiency in Python. Knowledge of C++ and/or C# is a plusA collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment
