**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Key Account Manager B2B to join our team at LatestOn LLC in Sharjah. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing comprehensive business plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your analytical skills will be crucial in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Provide top-tier customer service and address client needs promptly.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language**: Fluent in Arabic is preferred.
- **Driving License**: Required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in Key Account Management and Business Planning.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
