As a future Late Co-Founder, you will play a significant role in shaping the further development of PsyCurio and make a substantial contribution to its long-term success. By getting involved, you will directly share in the success of your work. PsyCurio has already obtained medical product approvals for four different conditions and has generated revenues in Germany and Switzerland. Scaling to additional markets is our next growth target. We have established collaborations with health insurance providers and partnerships with leading research institutes worldwide like Stanford, Yale, Fraunhofer Institutes. Our team already boasts expertise in the realms of technology, business development, psychology/medicine, and regulatory affairs. Your role will be to support this existing, strong team in our next phase of growth Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities for a new high-margin digital company with us
• Research opportunities in depth and evaluate them
• Start subsidiaries in collaboration with us
• Lead the company as interim management
• Find permanent management and help them get started
• Jump in and help out if needed

• You are committed to taking a startup to the next level.
• You have already founded a company, had an exit, or worked in a C-level position in a startup for several years.
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience with digital business
• Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics
• Proven organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
• German language skills are a plus
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
• You display a proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur
