Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Late Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at TERO System Rohrbau GmbH - Hilden. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and planning pick-up orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Plan pick-up orders independently and efficiently to meet customer needs
• Organize and lead late shift operations to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Perform general administrative tasks using computer applications to support logistics operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the logistics or KEP sector
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a team and make decisions independently
• Proficient in computer applications and logistics software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Motivated, dedicated, and service-oriented individual
