Respond promptly and professionally to EA Sports customer inquiries by Chat, email, or Voice
Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT
Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and
Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified
Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior
