Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results for your Store.
• Oversee operational practices making sure that your Scoop location runs smoothly while meeting projected revenues and sales targets.
• Cultivate and grow a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Floor Supervisors, Style Advisors, and Retail Operations Associates.
• Monitor competitive environment and identify and provide feedback on all factors impacting business, including economic, cultural, and legal conditions.
• Achieve consistency and cohesive brand image through red carpet employee onboarding, training, and education.

Requirements

• Strong sales ability with proven results.
• Retail Management experience for a minimum of 1+ years.
