Management of customer experience measurement, including loyalty, TCE, TRIM and NPS components
Share and present all insights with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technology), as we as periodic reporting and presentations to management.
Responsible for on-field execution of cross-functional NPS as well as customer experience projects.
Responsible for the successful end-to-end project management and delivery of NPS and customer experience projects in coordination with Key Stakeholders in order to ensure timely completion and compliance to quality standards.
Must be able to evaluate time/cost/quality and change request.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/MBA
