Job Description:

Key roles & responsibilities:
Preparing rfp & scope documents for appointing team of design consultants.
Prepare project brief and design control documents to ensure code and stationery compliance of design.
Coordinate with international and local architects, structure and mep consultants.
Prepare presentations & overlooking site execution.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques. Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.
Design and fit-out. management as per latest products in the market.
Good networking
Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, identify issues and resolve conflicts.
Evaluation and assessing the foreign and Indian consultant.
Effective cost optimisation solutions to be facilitated.

Software knowledge required:
Proficiency in ms office, auto-cad, Photoshop.

Key skills:
Knowledge of latest market trends in design and material finishes.
High interpersonal skills, proficient in communication with excellent presentation skills, eye for detail, material specifications, cost knowhow.

Preferred exposure to:
Luxury residences, 5 star + hospitality projects, dealing with international consultant.
Knowledge about latest trends in design, material, finishes etc.

Attributes required:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work towards organizational and team goal.
Flexible towards type of work undertaken and willingness to take responsibility.

Diploma

Minimum Experience Level:

10-15 Years
