As Manager of Digital People Life Cycle, you will play a pivotal role in empowering seamless and impactful colleague experiences by aligning digital HR strategies with our core values and technology. You will lead a team of digital HR professionals to develop and implement digital HR solutions, optimize HR processes through automation and self-service, and ensuring a relevant and intuitive interface for employees throughout the colleague lifecycle. Additionally, you will ensure global compliance with data privacy and security regulations, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a digital HR strategy and roadmap that is aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
Secure the strategic design and deliverables within the Digital scope, in cooperation with relevant teams across the organisation.
Establish the practice of data management and analytics mechanisms, securing data privacy and compliance outcomes.
Secures the HR processes alignment with stakeholder needs, and delivers seamless, effective, and intuitive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
Drive innovation and best practices by staying up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies and recommend new solutions to support business objectives.
Ensure a successful partnership, involvement and coordination of technical capabilities where development and roll out is necessary.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners for system implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Extensive experience driving HR technology adoption, including HR information systems, HR process related systems, employee self-service portals, mobile applications, and other digital tools.
Proven experience in leading digital projects and teams, optimizing HR processes and systems through technology solutions and consultative services.
Expertise in HRIS, talent management software, data analytics, automation, and AI solutions to enhance HR functions and employee experience.
Strong change management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Formal education in Business, Engineering, Tech, HR, or a related field.
Relevant certifications and trainings are a plus.
Additional Information
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm with start date as soon as possible. You will report to Head of People Life Cycle.
