We are seeking a motivated individual to participate in our apprenticeship program as a mechanical fitter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics and physical science, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities include completion of theoretical modules through CHIETA, intensive on-the-job training, and provision of support to the production process.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adhere to plant rules, and work independently with a systematic approach. Requirements:

• N3 or NCV level 4 certificate with 50% pass rate in relevant subjects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when necessary
