The successful applicant will be required to:

- Be familiar with the latest mobile devices and the relevant operating system such as Android and iOS
- Be able to independently perform research into potential bugs or security issues in these devices
- Be able to reverse engineer malware samples for mobile devices and understand their techniques, tactics and procedures
- Be able to develop proof of concept or demonstrations of the impact arising from a bug or security issue
- Motivated and independent in conducting research
- Able to keep abreast of the latest developments in the mobile security space
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in cyber security research
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent, in a relevant course of study
- Preferably having past successes in mobile security, such as having made CVE reports or CTF competitions
