**About the role**:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Challenge existing models and procedures and work toward updating them to improve the speed of delivery.
- Drive the continuous service improvement while constantly evaluating the customer perception of the service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Report and Engage with OCB Management.
- Lead, monitor, and control the activities of other transversal roles in scope, and ensure the delivery.
**About you**:
- Significant experience in technical project management
- Have a good experience of transversal coordination and management
- Rigorous, with good ability to anticipate and adapt to complex environment
- Efficient and relevant reporting skills
- Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required
- Ability to work in a virtual matrix team environment
- Good interpersonal skills, coaching skills and easiness in writing documentations
- Experience in IT infrastructures (System, Storage, Backup, Network and Security)
- English and French fluency
