Must at least be a graduate of Engineering or Aviation Maintenance bachelorâs degree.
Completed the NDT Training Courses:
1) Liquid Penetrant (LP)
2) Magnetic Particles (MP)
3) Eddy Current (ET)
4) Ultrasonic (UT)
Must have a current & valid Aviation Maintenance Specialist (AMS) with NDT rating issued by CAAP.

Responsibilities
The NDT Specialist shall perform NDT inspection in accordance with applicable NDT manual latest revision to aircraft areas as scheduled during maintenance check or when an unscheduled requirement arises, or discrepancies is noted during the routine aircraft inspection/check.
Perform NDT inspection on components at shop as required in accordance with applicable manufacturerâs NDT manual latest revision.
Perform NDT inspection on areas required for AD/SB compliance in accordance with manufacturerâs NDT manual latest revision.
Assist monthly inventory of all NDT equipment.
Perform Quality assurance check to all NDT equipment.
Maintain completeness of all complied NDT inspection record.
Maintain cleanliness and completeness of all NDT equipment.
Ensure that all necessary documents are submitted (i.e. NDT inspection report) after work completion.
