Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for students, covering theoretical and practical aspects of patient care.
Develop and implement training programs that align with industry standards and best practices.
Assess the performance of students during training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers and faculty to create a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the medical field and incorporate them into the training programs.
Oversee the skills development of nursing students, ensuring their competence in various areas such as medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate through their training journey and address any challenges that may arise.
Attach students in Clinical Areas and conduct visits to ensure compliance
