Key Tasks:

Structure OT governance, organisation, Operating model and R&R (already initiated)

Perform OT assessments on few reference sites

Based on the current audit mitigation plan and on site assessments, define the major risks incurred and associated roadmap

Review the current OT Standard and architecture patterns and define quick-wins”
