**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Proficient with POS system
- Proficient with TLS policies & procedures
- Understands TLS sales targets, goals and expectations
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products
- Restock products as they sell
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build trusting relations with customers
