Pega Lead Business Architect to Know Your Customer, Group Business Support

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to join Group Business Support on our new strategic KYC journey with Pega CLM/KYC.

About this opportunity

As a Pega Lead Business Architect in Group Business Support focused on Know Your Customer and Pega CLM/KYC, you will play a pivotal role in creating tangible value towards Nordea´s mission of detecting and preventing financial crime, by leading and driving scope definitions, requirement analysis and solution design to ensure minimal unjustified deviation from OOTB.

What you’ll be doing Be a Pega SME and lead solution design in Pega CLM through Design Thinking Sessions with focus on protecting OOTB and industry best practice Support in shaping the Pega CLM/KYC roadmap and its’ components Support and guide requirement -and development teams Teach and mentor colleagues in Pega CLM/KYC

To succeed in this role, we believe that you: Have solid hands-on Pega experience with exposure to the strategic Pega CLM/KYC application Extensive knowledge of KYC Keep update on the latest Pega CLM/KYC functional releases Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience Extensive experience in facilitating and leading workshops to achieve and document desired business outcome An interest in training and mentoring colleagues in Pega CLM/KYC Have strong stakeholder management skills 

Your experience and background: Certified Pega Business Architect 5+ years as a certified Pega Business Architect, actively working in the role as Lead Business Architect 2+ years of actively working with Pega CLM/KYC on version 8.6 and above 3+ years of experience in a position involving requirements gathering, design, architecting enterprise wide applications Fluent in English (professional level)
