**The role entails a range of responsibilities, including**:
Assessing software and hardware requirements to ensure optimal support and maintenance for mobile phones.

Promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Identifying the root causes of software and hardware malfunctions and efficiently coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.

Installing and downloading software tailored to individual customer needs.

Demonstrating proficient knowledge and utilization of equipment, staying up-to-date with the latest devices and software packages available in the country to better assist valued customers.

Assisting with the sales of services (device repairs) and mobile phone-related products, such as cases, cables, tempered glass, etc.

Providing installation services for accessories and offering advice on appropriate product usage.

Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all devices while ensuring the security of store stock.

Utilizing the point-of-sale system to maintain accurate customer information and real-time updates on each repairs or online order status.

**The successful applicant will have**:
A minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar field is required. Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with the repair and upkeep of various audio-visual equipment. Proficiency in repairing iPhones, Samsung phones, iPads, MacBook laptops, and other laptops. Sound understanding of the ICT sector, encompassing the latest advancements in software and hardware. Proven aptitude for collaborative teamwork and exceptional precision in tasks. Skilful at recognizing issues and effectively resolving hardware problems.
