**Management**
- Coach, manage PB ROs and provide them with necessary guidance to meet their objectives.

**Sales**
- Solicit new clients to achieve the yearly targets and assets under management
- Achieve sales targets with respect to identified banking products

**Quality and Service**
- Manage and develop the relationships of HNWs assigned to her/him and to provide superior service to existing as well as new clients and to ensure that client inquiries are promptly dealt with.
- Ensure that appropriate client investment questionnaires are prepared and that clients risk appetite and investment strategy are appropriately identified.
- Ensure that clients introduced to CAE enjoy utmost integrity and reputation
- Call on the clients assigned to him/her regularly and to document the call preparing relevant call reports.
- Prepare a list of prospective clients and always ensure calling on prospects to solicit new clients
- Maintain awareness of the latest PB products and developments in the market.

**CBE, Compliance, Audit, Procedures**
- Ensure that appropriate KYC and compliance requirements are implemented and updated.
- Ensure that documentation required to operate accounts is obtained and that clients files under her/his responsibility are always complete.
- Ensure that all control, operational and audit issues relating to PB activities are properly applied and liaise closely with other departments to achieve adherence to policies, audit and control procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent command of English Language
- Minimum 6 years’ of banking experience
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability to sell PB products and services, wealth management and investment products
- Management Skills
- Team building & leadership
- Good education and understanding of markets and investment products
- Certified Portfolio Management
- Ability to grasp quickly sophisticated banking and new products
- Special focused training in Portfolio management
- Latest selling & marketing techniques and negotiation skills
