The position

As a XR (VR & AR) Product Owner you will be responsible for conceptualizing, driving, and implementing the roll-out of XR initiatives within our manufacturing sites in Emerging Technologies, with a specific focus on training and training material development in XR. Being part of the Robotics & XR team, you will have great impact on how the technology will be used, both today and, in the future, setting a precedence in the organization.

Your area of responsibility will be broad, and we expect that most of your time will be spent on the following tasks: Mapping, scoping and refining business and user requirements  Leading and facilitating design thinking workshops and user research activities  Conceptualizing and formulating XR solutions  Ensuring we create immersive and engaging XR experiences for our production sites  Driving implementation of our solutions  Close collaboration with the team, internal and external stakeholders  Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in XR development  Driving internal communication activities 

As an XR Product Owner, you will bring your analytical mindset to work, creating XR solutions that are ready to be used by our internal customers. This means you will be partly responsible to drive and implement solutions, all the way from identifying use cases, executing proof of concepts, to the large-scale implementation, supporting hundreds of employees across our production sites and make an impact in the way we utilize XR technology for training. You will report to the Associate Manager of Robotics & XR team. The position is based in Måløv, Denmark.

Qualifications 

To be considered for this position, we expect you to:  Hold a bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant field  Have at least 2 years of experience as PO/ PM within digitalization, innovation, or software product development  Have working knowledge of AR/VR concepts, solutions and how its developed  Have an interest and ability in staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in IT innovation, including XR, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things  Have a strong user-centric mindset  Experience collecting, analyzing and managing end-user insights in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Excellent stakeholder management skills  Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
