Description Product System Engineer
 
Team Horizon is seeking a Product System Engineer for a leading manufacturing company in Galway. Responsible for understanding the development of the overall product system requirement specifications based on customer and internal specifications.

What you will be doing:
• Review and comprehend system requirements and development.
• Participate and activity member in Software, Hardware and product design reviews
• Deliver schedules tasks within agreed time frames.
• Support Standard list of Failure analysis and system level analysis for warranty cases and 0Km. 
• Communicate product system information to the 0 km and Warranty team to ensure all checklists and analysis reflect the latest technology and product changes.
• Coaching and training the team in the product.
• Support no trouble found process at test stage 3 and 4 System and Vehicle tests).
• To engage with Platform experts during design reviews to keep up to speed on new Product Development.• To Identify critical system and component issues as relevant to 0Km and warranty and to cascade this information to the warranty/0KM engineers to ensure the team has the latest information related to current and future product and to support system level issues within the NTF process.• And any other duties as assigned.
 
What you need to apply:
• 3 Years of experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability troubleshooting and problem solving methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering ideally mechatronics.
• Experience of camera and ecu experience.
