Responsibilities

• Report to QMS Manager for LDS Quality System compliance and programs that are aligned to corporate and contractual obligations
• Ensure the compliance of Quality system towards latest ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap, ISO28000 & other requirements
• Maintain the document management system for timely updates, reviews, dissemination and control of latest / obsolete documents
• Perform periodic review/update of QMS documents for alignment with latest requirements, SOPs and industry practices
• Plan, conduct and/or lead internal audits as scheduled in annual audit schedules
• Liaise with external parties (Regulatory, Certification Bodies and Customer) for all matters related audits and compliance matters
• Liaise with stakeholders for external audits including follow-ups on corrective / preventive matters
• Ensure effective closure of non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action management process, as well as timely updates of audit registers
• Facilitate the updates of QMS Risk Assessments (Key Processes) with stakeholders
• Analyse and evaluate performance of Quality system for Lessons Learnt sharing and audit planning purpose, based on available data trends
• Facilitate Quality Management Review with management and stakeholders
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
