About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Technician to join our dynamic team at Moventas Wind Ltd. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop prototypes of various products, working closely with R&D Engineers to turn concepts into physical prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Utilize metalworking skills, including welding, to create complex parts and assemblies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques, including 3D printing, to continuously improve product design and manufacturing processes.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
Strong background in metalworking, including welding and fabrication.
Experience with 3D printing and other advanced manufacturing techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
