Job Description

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

• Internal Administration and Marketing: Assists the dedicated team with internal admin work, including business data collection and analysis, and liaise with cross-departments coordination. To participate in business marketing activities and do relative industry research.
• Cross-border Branch Support and Management: Assists the dedicated team in the coordination and management of the cross-border branches in syndication market.
• Business Marketing Activities: handle the credit application for corporate clients and follow up the process of credit approval, corporate related financing products and deposit products development with cross-border institutions, participates in client relationship management.
• Business Related Management: Liaises with internal and external parties to fulfil tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area, including updates and maintain accurate client/credit files, liaises with in-house or external lawyer to complete loan documentation process, conducts and fulfils KYC and KYB compliance requirements.
• Handles other tasks assigned by Head of Department

Profile (Technical Skills):

• University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies.
• Speaking Chinese is essential and Excellent in English and; other languages will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region.
• Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
• Excellent in Excel (must ), Word and PPT etc.
