Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the sales and operations of a branch location to achieve company sales, profitability and inventory (turn/accuracy) objectives, and develop relationships within the community to establish a strong market presence- Championing and implementing division wide programs- Analyze and communicate with Senior Management regarding sales and profitability- Manage, Develop, and Train Staff- Develop employees by ensuring that regular performance feedback is provided through Performance Management Process- Ensure policies and procedures are being communicated and followed- Sets strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization domestically and internationally
Requirements:
