JD Group is seeking a Retail Visual Specialist to enhance our team.

Position Overview:

As a vital member of the in-store team, you will provide visual merchandising support, captivating our customers through innovative product arrangements and the latest fashion insights. Your role will involve crafting eye-catching window and in-store displays while optimizing store profitability through engaging visual strategies.

Merchandising Responsibilities: Implementing weekly visual merchandising directives within the store. Captivating and encouraging customers to make purchases through advanced visual techniques. Refreshing mannequins, displays, and window presentations according to seasonal changes and retail events. Organizing and overseeing in-store promotions utilizing point-of-sale materials. Analyzing sales data to inform product placement and store layout adjustments.

Training & Development: Offering training and support for team development in merchandising and display techniques. Ensuring ongoing team development to prepare for future opportunities. Providing feedback to your Senior Manager regarding visual merchandising efforts in-store.

General Expectations: Conducting yourself in a highly professional manner, setting a positive example at all times. Performing your duties safely and responsibly. Upholding high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with company policies.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Required: Experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail is beneficial. Strong time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion.
