JD Group is currently seeking a Retail Visual Specialist to enhance our team.

Position Overview:

As a vital member of the in-store team, you will provide visual merchandising support, captivating our customers through innovative product displays and the latest fashion insights. Your role will involve creating eye-catching window and in-store presentations while optimizing store profitability through compelling visual strategies.

Responsibilities: Implement weekly visual merchandising directives effectively within the store. Engage and inspire customers to make purchases using advanced visual merchandising techniques. Refresh mannequins, displays, and window arrangements in accordance with seasonal changes and retail events. Organize and oversee in-store promotions utilizing point-of-sale materials. Analyze sales data to inform product placement and store layout adjustments.

Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions and support team growth in merchandising and display techniques. Ensure ongoing development opportunities are available to prepare for future roles. Provide constructive feedback to your Senior Manager regarding in-store visual merchandising efforts.

General Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of professionalism, setting a positive example for the team. Conduct all activities safely and responsibly. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills/Experience: Previous experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail is preferred. Strong time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion.
