We are recruiting 4 store crew for our latest store in Jakarta. 

With the following responsibilities:

* Be the ambassador for the brand. Explain to clients our products and services.
* Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the products.
* Ensure store cleanliness daily by clearing tables, impeccable VM and display, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing all utensils.
* Handle guestsâ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to company policy.
* Keep record of stock deliveries and transfer.
* Ensure compliance with safety and workplace SOPs at all times.

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of store operation working experience.
* Minimum of High School graduate.
* Great communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English and other language capabilities is an asset.
* Computer literate (google suite, POS and basic operational software)
* Can-do attitude with genuine liking in service industry.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
