The Opportunity This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious sales representative who is driven to take their experience to the next level whilst working in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. 4 weeks of paid training and induction program in Melbourne. You will receive the latest and extensive medical and non-medical training to be successful in this well-supported role. No prior experience in hair loss is required. Able to manage your time and efforts effectively. Excellent attitude, demeanour and willingness to learn. Provide outstanding client service and ongoing support. Ability to lead a team of dedicated employees. Day-to-Day role Respond to and manage new enquiries. Manage an existing client base. Achieve sales and growth targets for your clinic. Develop specific customer strategies and campaign plans. Provide regular reporting. Be accountable for implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide support and operational management to your clinic team. Ongoing training programs. Supplementary pay may include but is not limited to annual, Christmas and/ or performance bonuses and commissions.
