Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Mulesoft Integration:
Lead the integration efforts, leveraging Mulesoft to seamlessly connect Salesforce with various systems and applications within the insurance ecosystem. Industry Expertise:
Bring deep knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, specifically in policy administration, to contribute valuable insights into system architecture and design. Financial Services Integration:
Drive integration initiatives within the financial services industry, aligning Salesforce solutions with the unique requirements of the sector. Cloud Experience:
Demonstrate a strong background in cloud technologies, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability. Salesforce Broad Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce developments, features, and enhancements, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and optimize the Salesforce architecture. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and Mulesoft integration. Proven expertise in the insurance industry, with a focus on policy administration. Extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a track record of successfully integrating Salesforce solutions. Strong background in cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in implementing cloud-based solutions. Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators.
