**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the migration of our SAP BW system to SAP HANA.
- Work with multiple vendors and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the project.
- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the project meets their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Perform data modeling and design tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP BW and SAP HANA.
- Experience leading delivery teams in a client-facing role.
- Good understanding of other databases and reporting software, such as Denodo, Snowflake, and Qlik.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
