**Responsibilities**:

- Lead research teams to research and develop special concrete products and construction materials with latest high technology equipment;
- Improve existing products and materials with latest concrete technology;
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams and provide technical support to sites to achieve excellent customer service;
- Maintain good working relationships and build good rapport with consultants, customers and representatives from statutory bodies (BCA, ASTAR etc);
- Research and publish technical papers;
- Provide in-house technical training.

**Job Requirements**:

- PhD in Civil or Materials Science Engineering;
- Experience in civil engineering, construction technology, material science, concrete technology and production;
- Well versed in laboratory tests, relevant standards and specifications;
- A team player who is equipped with good leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills;
- Willing to learn, innovative and constantly show initiatives to acquire new technology and skills.
