As a Senior Azure Data Engineer at LACO, you’ll be responsible for:
~Designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the specific needs of an organization.
~Ensuring that the cloud solutions that are designed and implemented comply with relevant security and regulatory standards.
~Staying up to date with the latest cloud technologies and advancements to provide the organization with the best possible solutions.
~Being a true team player, able to rally up the experts and work collaboratively, sharing your knowledge and passion for BI and AI.
~You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
~You have experience with different data consumption techniques from traditional to more advanced analytics and AI perspective. (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, …)
~You have at least 3 years of experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake or Databricks.
~You have at least 5 years of experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory.
~You are fluent in SQL, Python, Spark and DAX.
~You have experience with data modeling techniques (Star Schemas, Dimensional Modelling, Kimball).
~You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken).
~You think with an innovation mindset, not only dealing with current technology but also thinking about what’s to come.

~You have (or aim for) the role-based Microsoft Data certifications or Databricks certifications.
