On behalf of our Global Client, RED is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Senior CRM Salesforce Manager – Government & Public Sector to participate on a Global transformation programme.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and deliver CRM transformation projects (both strategic and discoveries to CRM implementations with Salesforce.
Act as a SME in the government and public sector industry and support project teams in understanding the needs and processes and identifying the areas of improvements using a CRM.
Grow and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Operational, IT and Public sector clients).
Stay on top of the latest developments in the government & public sector (regulatory, processes, technology), train and coach colleagues on the latest trends in the sector.
Drive high performance from people while building relationships across the business and borders in order to meet the clients and the company key objectives.
Develop high performing people and teams by supporting, challenging, and coaching.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Required skills:
5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce CRM Manager within a global organisation.
Must have hands-on work experience with Salesforce CRM
Ability to deliver CRM transformation projects (Strategic & Discoveries).
Excellent government & public sector industry experiences.
