The role as a Data Engineer

You will be part of an upbeat ambitious team which is growing very fast within Atos, which offers you the possibilities to craft and grow your own career. You will work closely with other tech and innovation enthusiasts on diverse data analytics & AI projects, spanning different fields such as natural language processing, time series modelling and image recognition. Our goal is to address our customers business challenges by applying the latest AI & Machine Learning technologies. Some examples of our recent innovative projects: next generation chatbots, price winning intelligent automation solution, Intensive care COVID capacity prediction.

Together with our data scientists and architect you will bring the algorithms and solution to production using your expertise in software engineering and data-processing.

Day to day activities is cloud application development, integration with client systems, translate functional architecture into working code. These activities will be implemented in a multi-disciplinary agile team.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or a background in software engineering, Big Data or data-processing (Informatics, Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science or related)
• Work experience with software engineering and data-processing
• Proficient in high-level or low-level programming languages, pre: Java or Python
• Proficient in CI/CD concepts like code repositories and automated testing
• Experience with cloud computing like, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• (Inter)national mobility and enjoys working at various client locations.
• Proficient in Dutch and English
