This position may be located in Northbrook, IL (preferred), Fremont, CA, Raleigh, NC, Neu-Isenburg, Hessen, Germany, or Denmark. Must be based in one of our labs in these locations.

The Senior Director Process Excellence will lead, develop, align, and implement industry best in class end to end processes across all UL Solutions integrated labs as well as process for management of external laboratories. The Senior Director will analyze data and existing processes to develop new ways of working, implement improvements to drive greater efficiency, productivity, employee engagement and an exceptional customer experience.

This will be achieved by proactively understanding customer’s needs, staying up to date on the latest technologies in order to continuously make advances in our processes, improving productivity, cost efficiency and user experience across all UL Solutions integrated labs.

This role will be responsible for developing a strategy, prioritizing new initiatives/projects; developing business cases, detailed plan/roadmap, driving implementation, tracking performance, change management, advising business groups of the lab’s strategic direction, prioritization, integration and resource needs and ensuring key stakeholders are aligned.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
