CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are looking for a Sr. Facility Manager to lead our FM technical and infrastructural teams in Jorvas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing best practice processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness of facility management contracts, and controlling income and costs to stick to the budget. The candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience in FM will also be responsible for fulfilling existing contractual relationships, communicating with clients and authorities, and coordinating all service areas for our FM customer.
In addition, the Sr. Facility Manager will support in the development of the local team and implement improvement and savings potential with regard to the technical, usage-specific and economic optimization of existing properties.
Requirements:
• Ideally a successfully completed degree in the field of facility management, HVAC or electrical engineering or alternatively with a technical specialization
• Pronounced technical expertise
• Robust experience in leading a team
• Profound knowledge of Finnish and English language
• Very good communication skills
• Experience in defining and specifying performance expectations to manage supplier performance
• Solution-oriented thinking when dealing with operational and technical issues.
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Work from client office in Jorvas 5 days a week
