Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve Gen AI-based product problems.Collaborate closely with researchers, software engineers, and product managers to understand complex business challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy.Ensure models are production-ready and maintain them to continue delivering value.Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP and Large Language Models.Proven expertise in building fine-tuned LLMs and implementing the latest research techniques such as continuous pre-training, (Q)Lora, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, etc.Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Skills / Abilities / KnowledgeStrong programming skills in Python.EducationMasters in Engineering or a related fieldLanguagesExcellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.Data visualization tools: Professional growth.
