About the Opportunity

To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package we are seeking applications from Surveyors with 5+ years surveying experience to join the Instrumentation & Monitoring team. The Spark I & M team offers the opportunity to pursue your interests and develop your skills as a leader whilst working with the latest technology, equipment, and software.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Monitoring Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and precise monitoring of construction activities on the North East Link. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and conduct precise monitoring surveys to track movements, settlements, and deformations during construction activities.
  • Implement and manage effective monitoring programs using the latest surveying technologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between monitoring activities and project goals.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for monitoring activities to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data collected.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and project specifications related to monitoring and surveying.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in surveying/engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in surveying
  • Proficient with modern survey hardware and software systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
