Job Title: Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager

Nature of Position: Permanent

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience of Compliance Audit / Internal Audit / Capital Market

Qualification: ACCA/ICMA Qualified (Preferred)/ Finalist/ MBA from reputable institute

Job Responsibilities:

The resource will be responsible for executing the day-to-day Compliance activities, including but not limited to the following:

• To carry out compliance monitoring activities/ reviews under the legal framework To assist in identifying changes in other laws, rules and regulations affecting the company as a central depository or other businesses. To provide assistance in review of internal / external CDC Procedures. Documentation skills with experience in report writing. Assist in routine /defined / assigned activities.
