Job Title: General Manager
LATEST TECH SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our organization to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions. Key Responsibilities:
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Conduct performance reviews.
Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
5 years or more of experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Efficient interpersonal skills.
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
