About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, creative, and analytically oriented Product Lead to join our Ventures team and help improve how customers create graphical applications for microcontroller-based devices. As a Senior Product Lead, you will define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap that adds value to Qt’s customers. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams to bring new solutions to customers. A successful candidate will have strong instincts to design features which delight customers, be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and requirements into high-quality and simple software APIs and tools, while balancing complex and competing priorities. This position is based at Qt site in Oslo, Berlin, Paris, Espoo or Oulu.

You will Own and define product initiatives and vision, and implement the product roadmap, managing tradeoffs and dependencies with key stakeholders Gather customer feedback and insights to represent the voice of the customer to the engineering team and other stakeholders Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create features and design the architecture of the product Prioritize feature development based on internal and external requirements Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) execution together with sales and marketing Act as a product expert both internally and externally, to technical as well as business-oriented audiences Research on the latest trends and competitive landscape in the MCU and GUI ecosystems to steer our portfolio accordingly

About You Bachelor’s or master’s degree At least 10 years of experience in the software development industry A strong team player and communicator, working well with colleagues yet also able to work independently Good problem-solving skills Entrepreneurship, startup mindset Full proficiency in English
