What you can expect - text Develop and prepare a portfolio plan covering all projects on a high level Capture learnings, establish internal experience transfer database and benchmark data in close cooperation with other assets and units in Wintershall Dea. Prepare and maintain the project work breakdown structure in agreed Wintershall Dea Norway WBS format. Contribute to internal Business Planning process Contribute to project close out information and lessons learned activities with focus on planning area Participate in Project Change Control (PPC) in the projects Participate in cost and schedule risk analyses (CSRA), responsible for preparing the schedule input to the integrated SRA model and propose needed schedule float Participate in the development of a project risk register to provide for identification, mitigation, and monitoring of project risks with potential cost and schedule impact Contribute to establishment of the project manpower projection plan (MPP) Prepare regular and timely cost and progress reports, rolling up contractor’s cost and schedules into the integrated project report including baseline according to Company Procedures for circulation to defined stakeholders Proactively follow up critical path activities, ensure that stakeholders are aware of project float development and if any ongoing or emerging issues that could jeopardize the project schedule Follow-up on contractor’s cost and schedule status and progress. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings for contracts Monitor and review the project control element of contractor performance throughout the contract life cycle; recommend corrective action where necessary Review the contractor’s baseline schedules and manpower plans and provide guidance for consistency and quality Prepare requirements for contractors within planning/cost reporting and participate in tender evaluations Perform trend and schedule risk analyses, identify potential changes and recommend corrective actions Provide planning and scheduling expertise as required in projects What we expect What we expect What we expect Education Requirements & Work Experience Safran and PIMs knowledge is preferred Experienced in risk management activities in offshore field development project Have detailed understanding of subsea developments, topside modifications, standalone developments and energy transition projects, related contractors and the latest market developments. Experience with Norwegian field development projects is preferred Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with both operators and contractors University degree or other relevant education Personal Qualities & Preferred Skills Ability to work in multi-disciplinary project team Good communicator, proactively seeking advice from others and share own experiences with group Good interpersonal skills Creative, open, responsible and entrepreneurial English: Fluent oral and written Norwegian: Fluent oral and written preferred as additional language Any questions regarding the position, please contact Kristin Larsen.Note : As a part of our routines background checks will be performed, with consent from relevant candidates.
