Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site
Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
Checking plans, drawings, quantities for accuracy of calculation
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as specifications
Overseeing the selection and requisition of quality materials and plant
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by client or architect
Understanding of relevant laws and subsidary legislation, rules regulations and its latest latest revisions
Have a working knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements and comply with all the requirements concerning supervision, quality control and other documentation.
