Job Title: Interim SVP of Infrastructure
Interim Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Infrastructure to lead the development and implementation of a cloud-based platform for a global on-demand production company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation in cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of cloud services, data center operations, and the latest in infrastructure technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cloud infrastructure strategy to support global operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Lead a team of platform and infrastructure engineers, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure development with business objectives, enhancing global production and delivery capabilities.
Maintain high system availability, performance, and security, manage infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships.
Implement best practices in infrastructure management, including disaster recovery, data integrity, and security.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a technology leader in a similar capacity, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation.
Deep understanding of cloud services, data center operations, and the latest in infrastructure technologies.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing infrastructure strategies that support large-scale, global operations.
Domain expertise across the Infrastructure environment (network, storage, databases, cloud etc.).
Excellent communication skills, naturally capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
