Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps and project plans
Design and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through delivery
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other systems
Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow solutions and processes
Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, and provide guidance to stakeholders on how to leverage these capabilities
Participate in ServiceNow user groups and other relevant professional communities
Holding a Master degree in in Computer Science, Information management or other technology-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
Strong project management skills, including experience leading ServiceNow projects
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and configure ServiceNow accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices
Experience with Agile methodologies
Fluency in both English and French. Knowledge of German is a key advantage
