We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our fun and supportive Napier team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and enjoy developing customer relationships as well as liaising with other sales team members on new leads. Any great salesman will know that weekends are the busiest, however we all love a great work life balance. Reap the rewards of both by working Monday to Friday and every second Saturday 9am-12pm.

We service our customers with the entire range of curtains, blinds and shutters so we have the perfect solution to suit any home.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating lasting relationships with our customers based on your commitment to providing a great service
- Maintaining stock through our POS and Microsoft Office systems
- Providing both design and technical advice on têxtiles and product specifications
- Making sure every customer feels welcome, understood and able to share their unique style
- General shop maintenance including updating merchandise displays and housekeeping
- Being motivated to keep up with the latest design trends in the interiors industry to be able to offer your customers the latest style advice
- Consult with customers and lead them through our product ranges to find the best solution for them in keeping with the style of their home
