Our ideal candidate should be smart and must have proven track record with social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms
Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting of engaging content.
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take action.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor customer reviews and stay atop of the latest social media trends.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or related degree from a reputable institution.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a minimum of two to three years experience.
Experience working with a foods and drinks company is an added advantage.
Ability to deliver creative content text, image and video
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
