Job Description (Summary);
Knowledge of cloud and a curiosity to adopt the latest AI/Machine Learning models and APIs
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB
Ability to design and construct complex yet maintainable systems.
Prioritizes practical, workable solutions, working iteratively while obsessing over your customer.
Manage all aspects of software development independently leveraging latest AI Co-pilots or agents
Expertise can be in any full stack technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation for internal and external use.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

Required Qualifications & Experience;
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or any related field.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Nod js., Express.js, and Nest.js frameworks.
Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Successfully building and launching 0 to 1 products in Nigeria.
Excellent problem-solving skills and thrive with minimal supervision.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and performant backend solutions.
Proficient in unit testing and functional testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
